Return Policy
Any DC Thermal heater that was purchased directly from us can be returned for a full refund OR credit if the heater is returned within two weeks AND the heater is in new condition. ANY heater that has had the cover removed or altered in ANY way will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
